Position Summary:
· Oversee project duration from start to finish assuring quality installation and completion.
· Assist, supervise and manage the onsite crew, while working closely with all departments assuring effective communication with supervisor and sales representative.
· Responsible for continuously updating customers with ongoing details of project while addressing concerns and questions in a timely manner.
· Maintain a safe worksite, free of debris and risk, with a general understanding of rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
· 5+ years of experience in siding installation.
· Experience in management, supervision and/or leadership with proven success in mentoring/training others.
· Superior customer service and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
· The ability to maintain a steady schedule while meeting production goals and expectations.
· Desire to perform physical labor while working in year-round outdoor conditions.
