When  the company was established company president, Cole Surtheimer, with the help of one employee, did sales at night, applied siding during the day, plus provided service for all the siding products he sold.  During this time he learned a lot about the art of quality siding application and a great deal about how to please his customers. 

As a result of his hard work and commitment to quality , Cole's business grew and grew.  Today he has thirty employees, a sales and office staff, and even a vice president, Sue his wife, who assists in the day-to-day operations of the company.  If you're wondering about the employee who started with Cole, well he's here too!

C&T Siding is very fortunate in that we have been able to hire and retain skilled employees, and as we all know a company is only a good as its employees.  Most of our employees have been with us for many years. 

Our siding applications have an impressive average of 13 years of siding experience.  Each installer completes a siding application training period under the supervision of one of our specially trained crew foremen,  Even if the installer had worked for another siding company prior to C&T, Cole insists that all installers complete this training to meet C&T's high standards for siding application.  This way he is sure to give his customers the quality they expect from C&T Siding, Inc. 

Our experienced window and door crew foreman have successfully passed the American Architectural Manufactures Association Institute's training and certification program.  They also receive manufactures specific training form the companies whose windows and doors we sell. 

Our sales staff not only sells our siding and window products, but also follows the project from start to finish.  If you have questions or concerns during your siding or window project, your salesman will always be available to assist you.  You can also be assured that Cole still oversees each and every project C&T Siding, Inc. undertakes. 

A lot has changed in Cole's life but not his commitment to quality siding applications and his ability to please his customers.  We will do everything in our power to make your experience with us a great one.
